"Great service from the beginning to the end. When making the appointment the receptionist was polite and helpful. On the day of appointment, a text was sent letting me know the technician was on their way. When the technician arrived he introduced himself. He was respectful and polite. He also wore shoe coverings before entering the house. I felt very comfortable with him working inside the house with kids being home. He was very vocal when entering and exiting the house, and what he was going to inspect next. Anthony did a great job. He inspected the AC outside and also went inside the attic. He explained what he saw and even took a picture to show me what he was working on. Great job and thank you 🙂"
